Direct pressing, cold settling, alcoholic fermentation with indigenous yeasts in new 300L oak barrels, aged for 11 months

Intense and brilliant yellow robe. Intense nose of yellow and white fruits, with a delicate touch of honey and vanilla. Warm palate revealing ripe fruit, subtly toasted, balanced by a lovely freshness on the finish.
