Winemaking and Ageing:
Pre-fermentation cold maceration for 4 to 6 days, temperature-controlled alcoholic fermentation with indigenous yeasts in concrete tanks, racking and aging for 14 months in 400L oak barrels that have held 3-4 wines.

Deep ruby red robe. Nose of fresh red fruits. Supple palate unfolding a juicy and fresh fruit haloed by a fine toasty oakiness, a perfectly balanced and flavorful whole.
