Direct pressing, cold settling, alcoholic fermentation with indigenous yeasts in 400L oak barrels that have held several wines, aged for 11 months

Intense, brilliant yellow robe. Nose of yellow stone fruits, mirabelle plum, very fine oak. Rich attack on the palate, flavors of ripe yellow fruits surrounded by a delicate brioche oakiness.
