Winemaking and Ageing:
Pre-fermentation cold maceration for 4 to 6 days, temperature-controlled alcoholic fermentation with indigenous yeasts in concrete tanks, racking, and aging for 14 months in 350L oak barrels that have previously held several wines.
SUGGESTED CHOICES:
Artisanal charcuterie, brioche sausage

Deep ruby red robe. Nose of ripe red and black fruits, with a subtle hint of licorice. The palate is both structured and flavorful, with red and black fruit flavors unfolding on a smooth and fresh texture.
